Are you wanting a midweek break from the same old routine? Wanting to get out of the house for a couple of hours one evening a week? Looking to meet new people? Then why not sign up to something new and come and give X-League: Limited Contact Rugby League a go.
We meet every Wednesday from 7 till 8pm starting 3rd April at Wood Green School and then head to our sponsors The Griffin for some food and drink afterwards. It is an opportunity for people to get involved in our club without the worry of full contact or being part of a super competitive environment, it’s a midweek release and a chance to get out and socialise.
We will be running 3 taster sessions in April (3rd, 10th and 17th) due to this version of the game being in its infancy so come along and see what X-League is all about.
There are Grand Prix Events for those that want to take it further and play against opposition from outside of Oxfordshire. This ends with the Levellers hosting the last Grand Prix of the year which is part of the clubs Family Fun Day in September.
